This mulled wine bouquet is an Entertaining Kit a really easy gift to bring along to a Christmas party. All ingredients in our bouquet (except wine and brandy). If there’s one thing that gets in the mood for Christmas it’s that first glass of mulled wine and this  recipe is a fail-safe. 
 
Bouquet includes: apples, lemon, lime, oranges, coconut, cranberries, walnut cinnamon sticks , star anise, cloves, red roses.
Size of bouquet: 47cm Wide and 41cm Long.
 
Mulled Wine Recipe :
Ingredients
1 (750-ml) bottle red wine, such as Cabernet Sauvignon
1/4 cup brandy 
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup ( honey) 
2 cinnamon sticks
1 orange, zested and juiced
4 whole cloves
3 star anise
4 oranges, peeled, for garnish, cranberries 
 
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker or sauce pan. Stir the wine, brandy, maple syrup( honey), cloves, star anise pods, cinnamon sticks, cranberries and orange peel together in a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker.
Heat on LOW for 1 hour. Cover and heat on the LOW setting until hot, about 30 min.
Lower the heat to warm, ladle into mugs, and garnish. Reduce heat to warm for serving. Ladle into mugs or heatproof glasses and garnish as desired.
